Is Hypoxi painful?
Hypoxi is completely non-invasive and pain-free. Many clients comment that the alternating pressure in the chamber creates an invigorating feeling on the skin. The horizontal position of the L250 lowers heart rate and takes pressure off the joints – the experience is more likened to spa therapy than a form of exercise!

Can I use Hypoxi if I am not very fit?
Hypoxi training is designed for men and women of all fitness levels and ages. Throughout the treatment, your heart rate and skin temperature are constantly monitored. Hypoxi training doesn’t require any particular degree of physical fitness and is perfect for someone thinking about getting back into exercise.

How much does it cost?
Hypoxi is 69 per session or $690 for a course of 12, which is very reasonably priced when compared to other fat loss and body shaping treatments on the market.

How many times a week should I train and how long are the sessions?
For optimal results, Hypoxi training should be undertaken 2 to 3 times per week for at least 4 to 6 weeks. After that, we can discuss whether you would benefit from a maintenance program. Training sessions take approximately 30-40 minutes.

What should I wear for my Hypoxi session?

L250
L250 training is best in loose fitting gym pants, a t-shirt and joggers. Please bring a gym towel with you.

Vacunaut
Vacunaut training should be carried out wearing skin-tight bike pants, a tight-fitted t-shirt and joggers. Please bring a gym towel with you.
